Las Vegas Premium Outlets North - South Premium Outlet

Las Vegas Premium Outlets North is a 540,000-square-foot (50,000Â m²) shopping mall located near Downtown Las Vegas located on 40 acres (16Â ha). It is owned and managed by Simon Property Group, and part of Simon's Premium Outlets family of outlet malls.

History

The mall opened in August, 2003 with 435,000 square feet (40,400Â m²) of space. The mall was expanded in 2008. The mall was also remodeled in 2011. Another Las Vegas Outlets is located south. It is called Las Vegas South and is located at 7400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, while Las Vegas North is located at 875 South Grand Central Parkway.
